CMA Extraordinary General Meeting

The EGM was held at Waseley Hill Country Park on Friday 30th November 2007 at 2pm.

The result of the vote was:-

Resolution 1. To receive the Report of the Council and adopt the combined accounts for the two years ending 31st March 2007

Votes in Favour: 95
Votes against: 0
Abstentions: 2

Resolution 2. To dissolve the Countryside Mangement Association as soon as possible and transfer all assets and liabilitites to the newly incorporated Countryside Management Association

Votes in Favour: 97
Votes against: 0
Abstentions: 1
